All Hail

Well, not all, but it sure was banging down the other day. I couldn't believe the weather man today. It is raining again.....rained all weekend with lots of serious gully washers. Then this morning, when announcing the latest go round of unneeded water works, the weather man said, "Oh, this will just green up the grass a little on the lawns. The grass needs water."

How green does he want it anyhow? And what the grass needs is a little sunshine.

Heart and prayers go out to the poor souls in the Midwest who are really experiencing too much water. This awful spring is changing their lives in horrible ways.

We have a TV weather reporter who we think never gets out of the studio into the real world. We all do a collective "Huh?" when he puts his spin on.

Luckily no hail or horrible storms, so far. This morning just a nice, much needed, shower.

I sure am tired of this weather! I still have a bit left to do in the garden!

That green is coming from algae and moss, not the grass! Enough with the rain already!

Two days of rain and five of sun would be a nice change.

Jan, I shouldn't get so mad at the guy...but I do. He is more clueless than a gnat.

Lisa, if you need rain, please let us send you some...all you want. Seriously glad you got some when you need it.

Lisa, me too. I wanted to get out and weed my garlic so bad yesterday, but no such luck.

Joated, you betcha!

Dani, you said it. This is so not normal. It is really cold here now, right down in the forties

Tina Marie, I hear you! I can't wear my rubber boots cause of my air cast and it is so hard to get to the barn in leather ones.
