Lindas beans are the best you will ever cook, now make some fried potatoes and corn bread and thats good eaten. I can attest to this.

Now that is too neat. Your very own "Linda" pinto beans all the way from Colorado.

What a delightful world. Really.

Lisa, it is great. I will share!

EllieK, how do you make yours? I am so excited about cooking them!

Linda, yup. lol

Cathy, it is! You should smell how good they smell!

I wash and then soak them for a couple of hours, drain and cover with fresh water and a piece of ham or ham hock and then just cook until tender. if I don't have ham I use some bacon drippings. I know that isn't healthy sounding but it is very good.

Ellie, thanks! I will try that. I figure the beans are so healthy they make up for ANYTHING you add to them. lol
