Heartfelt Thanks

Mom is being released from rehab today and coming home. Her ankle is still in a cast, but the brothers and grandkids got a special chair ready for her and dad has been doing a herculean job getting the house all set.

I just wanted to thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers. I truly believe that they make a difference. A very big one.

So, thanks.

I missed the whole thing. I went back a little ways to find out what happened, but I guess it doesn't matter now. Whatever it was, I'm very glad for all of you that your mother's coming home. Good to know that everybody's pitching in to make her comfortable.

June, mom broke her ankle very badly and had to have surgery and time in rehab. Dad can barely see and can't drive so it was a very challenging time. Still lots of difficulties, but at least they are together. After 62 years of marriage that really matters a lot to them. Thanks

Linda, it does. It is so good that they are back together. 62 years worth and they are not happy when separated.

Cathy, much needed! Loved your phoebe. Forgot to comment, but I will get back and do so soon.

Nita, thanks, we really do need it. It is a bit warmer now, just enough so that there are floods all over heck and mud and wet ice. Good grief!
