Eight

I'll bet this guy is cold this morning down there in the big city and working outdoors.
I miss the beard

Below zero this fine January morning. They promised us four above, but didn't quite get it right. There will be a lot of farmers fixing and thawing and muttering this morning I fear. Even the goldfish from the pond, which are wintering in a ten-gallon tank in the office are cold.

I really shouldn't have fed them this morning....

Makes me feel guilty complaining about 14F!
We're iced in now, so that means warmer weather is coming. I hope.

At least I know where our cold weather went. It should be about 10 degrees today, but it was 41 when I left the house.

We are having a small melt! I danced in it. Terry and I have been working on a frozen drain for three days now. Finally we have it fixed...but warmer weather helps more than anything.

Such dear pictures of Alan. When a beloved son leaves to go back to work far away . . the house isn't the same.

Can't believe you're that cold ! What a weird year!

Nita, it is normal for January I guess, but I still don't like it much.

Rev. Paul, wanna swap? lol

Linda, so sorry about the freeze, but I'm glad you are getting a warm up. Brrr....

Cathy, it is a shock after the warm weeks. I am sitting here listening to bunny waterers thawing on the heat register. They give a little chuckle when the ice lets go and the water trickles down. I do miss my boy. He is not working in the safest location in the world right now and I worry
