Whole Lotta Shakin'

This is MY tractor

Wow, the wind got me up earlier than I wanted to be and woke me up long before that. My room felt like the deck of a ship at sea.

Sunday sunrise just as it came from the camera. Only lasted about a minute, but wow!

The laundry I optimistically left on the line overnight had taken a powder. I think I found it all.

Thanks to the washing machine throwing up its agitator in defeat yesterday, there will be no need to put any more out there, alas.

For a while at least. Oh, well, I did laundry at the laundromat until 2001. Don't suppose I have forgotten how.

Meanwhile, March is doing the lion thing. The weather is dramatically miserable; everyone is grumpy and ready for spring. We really shouldn't complain though...it was such an easy winter.

Wow. That sky! Sailors take warning.
As for the "grumpiness.: You're all in good company.
Hubby and I got some upper-respiratory thing.
I get the award for 'Grumpiest'

C'mon Spring!!!

Lovely pictures, and sure was windy and still is! Doug came this morning and boy did I just want to go back inside when he was done with the horses!

Cathy, so sorry to read that you have the respiratory thing. If it is the same bug we had you are in for a long haul. We are all finally pretty much feeling better. That sky was incredible. I was sitting here writing the Farm Sid when I saw the pink out the kitchen window. I grabbed the camera and ran and it's a good thing I did because it only lasted a few seconds and then the grey curtain was pulled across the sky and it was gone. Sure was pretty for a few minutes though. Hope you both feel better real soon!

Lisa, it was bitter wasn't it! Even the doggies didn't want to be outside! Hang in there, spring is coming.

Mom, thanks, love you too. Sure was good talking to you yesterday. Take care.

Jan, she will be if she has any say in the matter. Jade and I took her for a walk on Sunday, and as we came to each tractor he would ask, "Whose tractor is this?"
And every single time, she replied most emphatically, "mine!" lol

Linda, thanks, it was such a treat to see and so ephemeral. She does love the machinery. And the animals. And the mud. A farm girl right to her heart.
