I've been wandering through cemeteries the last few days and found myself worrying about ticks. I guess I better take a look. At my age it's just not very interesting.Cathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00548755592157386484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15171402.post-9014800115271603042016-09-30T07:43:20.100-04:002016-09-30T07:43:20.100-04:00Denny, that must be kind of a pain. I am not sure how to handle this business of being hyper sensitive to the sun. I have been having so much fun going out birding, just for an hour every morning. Migration is on! the yard is full of things I would never see except at this time of year. However, I know that is too much sun for someone on this drug because I have faint tan lines...not much, I am very fair. Guess I will figure it out. I remember when Paul was on my car radio every day. I usually listened to, so I guess I am also dated. lol

Ellie, alas, we don't know. The mark of rash was bad enough that the doctor I saw decided to err on the side of caution and give me a long course of antibiotics. I don't know how I will get along without going outdoors much, but I guess I can manage a month. Around here we did not even have ticks until maybe thirty years ago. Unfortunately we are in a hotbed of Lyme's Disease. Jade got it and Alan has had to take medication like I am too. Now anaplasmosis is showing up around here too.threecolliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05811004278088768813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15171402.post-53018140346900358532016-09-29T22:15:19.464-04:002016-09-29T22:15:19.464-04:00How long had the tick been on you? There's actually a downside to being sun phobic. I discovered several years ago that I had a severe Vitamin D deficiency. So I'll be on Vitamin D supplements for the rest of my life. My doctor said he couldn't believe that he had a patient that he encouraged to spend more time in the sun. So see, there's always the other side of the story. Didn't Paul Harvey say something like that on his radio show? I'm really dating myself.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07947248280655068372noreply@blogger.com
