My you had a picturesque kind of day didn’t you? Thanks for sharing.
Hey no fair, you are still really green up there. Our corn is dry as can be ready to be picked even! What a difference our two worlds are.
Neat photos - thanks!
I remember times when my 16-yr-old sons worked with me, and sometimes it was just the two of us. Too much work for both; too much responsibility for the kid; but wonderful, warm memories of the good work that was done together. My sons and I still share those feelings in many other situations.
Thumbs up to those great kids of yours!
Hi loubob, it was so pretty. My camera batteries were dying and I don't get good focus when that happens, but it sure was nice out.
Joni, yeah, we have only had a couple of little frosts and last week's rain really greened up the alfalfa.
NW, it was a nice time in the middle of a bad time, for which I paid dearly as I should have been getting wood instead of playing around up in the fields...resulting in no hot water and I have to go to a birthday party today...brrrr
And your kids are a great example to which my kids have long aspired.
I can remember times when my son was about that age just wanting me to "be there" for the support. Even though there may be more pressing issues, it is good to "be there."
Love the white topped dog.
Thanks Jan....he is a good kid and it was a lovely day
