How much does a round bale weigh? Can you guesstimate how much one cow eats in one serving? Like a peck? A half bushel?

Linda, we LIKE doing it that way!

CAthy, the boss says around 450 pounds. We feed about three bales a day, sometimes more.

No way. And you gals can shove those around. I am impressed. Heck, I'm impressed that man or woman can shove'em around.

Cathy, well, it's either that or milk the bucket cows and they are both young heifers with lousy attitudes. So we let the boss do that while we feed.
