This Day in 1874 on a Small Farm in Fort Plain

Another historical marker we found last Saturday

 "Snowy and stormy but not very cold. it snowed and stormed from the sought and i done nothing but the choures and our old cat got it five kitens and we got five pales of sap and 26 eggs and at night it got cold and stormy."
