Mallard ducks checking out a heron nest in front of a nest cam. Really funny....especially if you have Becky to narrate, which alas I can't share.

I missed it, didn't see anything, but heard the noise.
So sorry that they were all gone before anyone got to enjoy them. They were so absurdly funny. A mallard is a pretty funny animal anyhow, and to be able to watch them testing out that heron nest for suitability...well, I sure wish I had been able to share it with you.
Keith tells me that if you're in 'windows' you can go to accessories and get 'snipping tool' and capture any part of a page. On my Mac it's shift command 4. I grabbed a couple shots of the Decorah eaglets that way.
