Jan, we love it too. Goes really well in soup too.

Linda, same here. I am going to miss the herbs when they freeze. I have rosemary, top onions, and a basil plant indoors, but outside we have thyme, several kinds of mint, parsley, and wild marjoram. Chives too. Chopped up with scissors they taste good in almost everything.
