A view like that is just one joy of country living. People can't even see the moon in the city. I don't know if you've heard about this story or not, but it makes me insane that he had to drop his insurance 2 years ago because he couldn't afford it any more. The idiots in Albany really need to get on the ball! (Or try to keep a small farm alive for a year or two - ha!) 100 cattle, 30 pigs lost in barn fire
Tina, I read the story you linked to...what a nightmare for the poor man! And no insurance...prices have been so bad the past couple of years, that this year just hasn't been enough to catch up.
Cathy, you are so kind. I wish mine were crisper, but shutter lag on my little camera is just awful on night shots. It was a very pretty morning though.
Nice photos. Our sky looked like that with a big ol' moon hanging there the morning after the eclipse. I was working, though, and didn't get a chance to take any pictures.
Stacy, wish I could get rid of the jiggle...guess I should use our daughter's better camera...too lazy to learn how I guess. I thought it was cool that on one side of the house the sun was coming up while on the other the moon was just hanging there over the silo.
