Not content with breaking my headlight and crumpling my fender
The deer are now coming right into the driveway after my car (photos by Alan...out the living room window at three in the afternoon! The white spots are those infamous bullet holes.)
How delightful. But then it isn't my yard they are plundering. When we lived in northern Ohio they used to come into our suburban yards. We would rather they hadn't.
Wowza, and there they are! Did they come to look at your fender and offer to pay your deductible? I mean it's the right thing to do. Right? Second pic is awesome. Ditto Cathy's remark. I appreciate them more in your yard than mine, thank you.
What a view! I know they can be so darn destructive but what beautiful pictures. It's amazing you have so many of them so close to you. Must be something about your car :0)

ReplyDeleteYep. Delightful. And those bullet holes - what an incredible juxtaposition:0)

Great pictures! They can sure be destructive though and I'm glad they don't bother my yard here too much.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how brave they get - the revenge of Bambi, their looking for you!
ReplyDeleteJan, beautiful, but between the ticks they leave all over and what they are going to do the garden I am planting...I shudder.
ReplyDeleteCathy, he was standing a good eight feet inside the living room windows, but that deer was incredibly close.
STeve, I wish. I wonder if I have enough of a "stop" on Nick to use him to show them the way to go home. I think I just might.
Deb, It's green...do you think that's it?
Linda, they really don't do me as much harm as the cute little bunnies, but I hate to see them looking in the window at me. lol
nita, I think you are right. We have a nice fat one in the freezer...
These guys are very squirrely this time of the year!
