    Now how did that appear....a bird (chicken, duck, turkey?) running through the brush? A lovely feather just preened and pulled landing on the ground to be picked up by a puff of wind...oh the imagination of possibilities.

    Linda, as I said to Sara above, oddly enough it was in a flower pot up on the sitting porch, which is quite high above the ground. Guess it must have floated in..
