  5. Beautiful pictures. I read somewhere that we're starting a cold cycle for about the next decade. Somebody should tell Al Gore, maybe he can start another crusade to warm the earth this time. It's all cyclical.

  6. Sheesh!

Was Al Gore traveling through the 'Dacks recently?

  7. Don't start with global warming, we've had nothing but rain, cold (for us), wind, and I'm about sick of it and because of it. What happened to October? It's more like November here. VERY depressing...

  11. Beautiful! Winter is here. I wonder what happened to fall....oh, yeah, global warming got it.

At least we are having warmer weather, so it will be heading your way, as the next cold system comes to us.

  15. That's awful purty when you're inside by the fire with a cup of hot chocolate. Otherwise, not so much.

  16. Colleen, thanks, we were fortunate to be treated to such a show

    Anon, it is and exactly

Lisa, no summer, no fall, why do I get the feeling that no winter ain't a gonna happen, if you know what I mean

June, I liked it while it lasted lol

Cathy M, maybe with all the millions he has made off hyping GW he can buy us all some heating oil so we don't freeze.

Joated, maybe he has been flying over them in one of those jets, but I'll bet he didn't drive 30 in an October snow storm. lol

Sara, ours has been a lot like yours...no summer, no fall, but I'll bet winter is hot on our heels. Dang it.

akagaga, same here....pretty miserable with all this cold rain too

WW, thanks, and same here. I don't even want to get up to these miserable, nasty days...more in the forecast too!

Earl, "terrible beauty" perfect words for what we found as we rolled down the mountains. They never disappoint.

Linda, thanks for sending it. It is really miserable here and our local corn harvest is stalled dead.

    Paints, could be

    The Wife, thanks!

Linda, it does...it does...and it sure is plumb miserable. Glad we don't have to cut waterholes., lol

Jeffro, I felt bad for Liz having to drive through it, but it was really pretty
