Sunday Stills...Textures
This should have been fun and easy and but for the perpetual tumultuous uproar and the frigid temps, it would have been. However....these two pics kind of tell it like it is. The forecast is for freezing temps, with snoozing cats....
The cat photo is a bit of a surprise, and I think it's wonderful. You sure have a knack of making art out of unexpected, but common, sights. Stay warm!
Love the snow macro. Nice job. :)
ReplyDeletehave you been taking photos of my kitty ? :D
ReplyDeletegreat photo
Love the second shot! Happy Birthday to Becky from Uncle Matt and Aunt Lisa!
ReplyDeleteLove the frost pic..:-)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Becky!

Snoozing cats are smart cats. BODACIOUS images, TC. Your eye for macro is so phenomenal.

ReplyDeletedibear, thanks, I didn't have much to be going with this week. Seems as if we are as busy as if it was summer

Brenda, thank you
FC, thank you...cold seems to be on the agenda these days
Joated, thanks, and yeah, it is cold just looking at them...
June, thanks, seems this winter the best ones have been over at the barn and I never seem to remember the camera
LInda, thanks, my favorite thing is when the sun moves across the sky and melts the little buggers. lol
TCSL, thanks
Sara, I know just what you mean and thanks....I envy that darned cat some days
Holly, thank you!
AHS, thank you. The temps have moderated just a bit now. It is funny fifteen degrees feels downright balmy
Tom, thanks! I was kind of desperate this week...no time and no topics around here...just snow and black and white animals. lol
Love the photos. The window frost brings back memories of the house I grew up in.
ReplyDeleteOur current home was built as an all electric home so my efficient windows won't allow frost flowers.
Think about that. There are kids growing up who never will wake to the magic of finding the faerie's art work on their bedroom window.
Cathy, I guess I would miss the frost patterns, but I think being warm would be a pretty good trade off......
ReplyDeletethat first one, in particular, is so cool. i love frost on windows.
