Remember

  1. I saw that sky yesterday afternoon, and wished for a camera. Alas, I was away from home and without one. I don't remember ever seeing the sky looking quite like that. Thanks for getting it on digits.

  2. Lee, thanks. I was so frustrated. I was on my way to the barn, in a big hurry, to help with some chore or another. I looked up and saw the sky and ran back for the camera even though by rights I didn't have time. Grabbed just a couple of shots..none as good as they might have been...and the batteries went dead

  3. This one was pretty nice, TC. Who are you kidding? LOL. I have had the DBWYRLETTH syndrome too, and it really makes ya grumble, doesn't it?

  6. Oh my gosh - what a beautiful sky. And yes. I remember. My husband and I went with Mom to the cemetery today.

Always bittersweet standing with her beside Dad's grave just across from her parents and brother. Sharing memories.

Thunder rumbling this evening. The rain is peaceful.

We turn back toward the living.

Cathy, thanks...that sounds nice. We haven't made it yet this year, but we will...

  8. WOW! What an amazing shot! That is just the coolest thing. I am so happy your saw and had your camera (even though you had to go get it) and now I SEE what you saw.

  9. Linda, thank you. We have had some amazing skies the past couple of weeks. It has been hard not to run for the camera when I really should be doing something else. lol
