This could have been quite a challenge in our neighborhood. We do live near a city with a bit of a problem with it, but right here...well, not so much.
However, the boss gets creative with the markers when he is keeping track of which field is put up in the ag bags and this year was no exception.
He is quite the artist isn't he?
And so was this little bird (thanks to Alan for tipping me off to all this good stuff)
For more Sunday Stills....
LOL! You get the creative prize this week..Well done..:-))
ReplyDeleteNeat!
ReplyDeleteCute bird graFEETi!
To an artist the whole world is a canvas! Those are some neat line drawings, he has a sense of humor too. Bird tracks are cool!

we used to have a cockatiel, fred. more than one frosted cake had fred tracks in it. *sigh* i miss fred...
I never thought of seeing graffiti on those bags!! I will have to show this to my husband, he will get a kick out of it. I was getting desperate for my graffiti pics, thought I was going to have to have do-it-yourself graffiti by writing in the dust on one of our pickups!!
ReplyDeleteEd, thanks, desperation will do that. lol
ReplyDeleteFC, you are the punniest guy I know. Thanks
Shirley, you would never think if you met him that he would draw like that. We always get a kick out of them every year, thanks
Colleen, thanks, I am so glad Alan saved the bit of cardboard so I could photograph it.
MHGC, thanks!
Sara, thanks, he does them every year...sometime very elaborate. I think he has to wait for wagons to unload and gets bored. lol
Linda, thanks, I was grateful for it...never got to town all week
VS, thanks, I was glad my son saved the cardboard or I never would have seen it. My pic doesn't do it justice.
Rev. Paul, lol, thanks
Far Side, amazing what a little mud can do. lol, thanks
RG, thank you
Sarah, I wonder how many guys draw on their bags...thanks
Ericka, hmmm....lol....thanks
Judy, thanks, yours were great! loved the brands. Branding is essentially never done here so the whole concept is pretty cool to us eastern folks.
I have maps of the fields scattered all over our house. They will draw pics of the driveways so the guys can find their way in and out of the fields. This post is so awesome!!
ReplyDeleteAnne, thanks! We use those too, although it is mostly only Alan, Ralph and I who know the fields.
ReplyDeleteDang. That is fun. And I love that after a day's hard work your husband is still having enough fun to give that little bird artist a run for his money.
ReplyDeletePretty tough competition :-)
Cathy, if you knew him you would be amazed that he does this. Some years he makes drawings that are about life-sized. Besides being fun they sometimes help keep crows from pecking holes in the bag.
