Rustlers Caught
Suspects were apprehended in calf losses in Minnesota. They wanted to start a dairy farm and decided to get an unconventional start. Check out the comments...sure had me shaking my head.
This happened in my neck of the woods. If these "kids" were ok with stealing cows to start their own operation I would love to know how sneaky their parents are if they're in the farming community. Water in the bulk tank? Sick Cows? I'm sure this incident is webbed from even bigger issues!
Ericka, I don't know what happened, but I guess it is fixed now.
Angela, we had a case of it here a few years back and next to nothing was done to the folks involved. That time they sold the calves through the sale and just tough luck for the farmers who were affected. Still makes me mad to read about it. You sure are right.
The link doesn't seem to be working.
ReplyDeleteI did find the story from Dec 1 about the theft and all I can say is that it takes a lot of nerve and stupidity to do what they seem to have done.
Thanks, Joated. It was okay yesterday. Must be the paper took the story down. I found another link and replaced it....thanks again
ReplyDeleteah, your comment on the comments was from the older link then?
ReplyDeletemakes much more sense!
