WW, if I sit still in the chair on the sitting porch they will come right in. I wait until they are buzzing around thinking about landing on the feeder, then focus the camera on it and just wait.
Jan, nothing exciting. Walked into the house in a hurry, slipped and felt something snap.
Jeffro, thanks! I am not very happy with myself right now
LeeAnn, best part of the year just now. A few minutes on that porch and everything just slips into perspective.
Formatie, I just stepped wrong in the kitchen. Thanks for your kind words. I love the hummers!
Here's hoping! By the way, how did you get that hummingbird to sit still for such a beautiful portrait?

ReplyDeleteFine then, we'll just imagine our own story.
Dangit! Having an extra foot around isn't gonna help much! ;-)
ReplyDeleteHope you get to feeling better!
Makes me miss horribly my quiet seat out back with the hummingbird feeder.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture indeed.
Ok, but what happened? Tell us what, maybe we can help.
