Unbelievable! Hurricanes never hit this far inland with such devastation. I'm so sorry for all the wreckage around you. We escaped with only a few fallen trees here in Saratoga, although the race track lost big bucks by having no racing on Sunday, the day after the Travers stakes.
WW, it is hard to tear ones self away from the coverage, it is so mesmerizingly horrific. Glad you are okay.
Caroline, we are fine, but the area is beyond belief. Such destruction as is hard to imagine. Still have family members without power but at least we all have our homes and family. Thanks

Devastating. And so sad to see that museum crumbling into the water.
ReplyDeleteCathy, the poor museum was forced to move its collection not too long ago and now, its historic new home is crumbling. So sad
