I woke up this morning . . actually . . the last several mornings . . . staring into a sky very similar to your study-in-depression . . . er . . I mean study in 'gray'.
Hang in there, TC. Only a month now until solstice and the sun changes its mind and turns back towards us :)
PS. I had my happy light a foot from my face at 6:30 AM.
Cathy, actually, that is just the view from my brother's back yard. We were just having an awful go round with insurance adjusters and all kinds of other helpful folks and I got so discouraged. Quite a lot better today.
REv. Paul, oh, believe me. I am thanking God every day for reasonably warm weather for the season. It is so cold without heat at all.
FC, those of us in the far, far North with SAD know happy lights. Alas I don't have one, but someday I might. Meanwhile the kitchen is the warmest room in the house, plus the brightest so we spend a lot of time there. lol.

ReplyDeleteSo dreary and grey looking. :(
ReplyDeleteYes, FC.
ReplyDeleteYou get a pass for your unfamiliarity -see'n as how you've got a year-round supply of what you don't see in TC's picture.

Dani, it was kind of pretty but November sure isn't a bright month around here
ReplyDeleteCathy, I am going to check out that link
Joated, it is awful without a furnace. trust me
Linda, I am always happy to hear it is warmish there because we usually get your weather a few days later.
I think we agree. That's a real nice landscape, but it could sure use some SUNSHINE.
ReplyDeleteOK . . back to my Happy Light ;-D
So glad things are looking 'sunnier'.
Cathy, thanks, I have come to the conclusion that there is no way that we appreciate summer enough. lol
