You really need a shave......

    I keep remembering that boss came to English through the Dutch, and it is in South Africa as strongly as it is in the United States. Used much in prison systems. I have been called boss before, in my library duties in a corrections facility.

    But to me, because of my visits to this blog the word has a real human attached to it, and is cooler than anything. Except where once we kept the butter.
