Life on a family farm in the wilds of Upstate New York
Yummy, our strawberry season just finished a month or so ago. They were so juicy and sweet. Now tomatoes are in and watermelons. That jelly looks so good.
Now that is a true work of art! June captured in a jar.
Ellie, ours is flying by fast. I am hoping to get out and pick a few more berries for more jam, but everyone is pretty busy with hay.Caroline, thanks, that is what I have always thought too. Strawberries are the very essence of the month!
Love it: "June captured in a jar."
Cathy, I love it too! Not to mention strawberry jam, which is good now and amazing in winter.
