Float Like a Butterfly

Watch out for the bees......no, no, I know that's not how it goes, but watch out for those bees and mind your pees and Qs, and get some zees while we're gone. We leave for camp tomorrow, and as always my tail is dragging from a week of trying to do two weeks of farming, books, and laundry in one to get ready.

And packing. Don't want to forget anything. So there are canoe paddles and itty bitty nets and bigger nets and tackle boxes and poles and ketchup and paper plates. And clothes and blankets and all manner of other stuff piled everywhere.

Speaking of floating, yesterday I tried one of those recipes that are floating all over Facebook these days. It was for a three ingredient lemon pie. I am iffy about pies...making them that is, not eating them...I can handle that just fine. This one calls for sweetened condensed milk, Cool Whip, Frozen lemonade, and a graham cracker crust.

And that is all. Whip up all but the crust. Dump the result in the crust. Chill and serve.

OMG, best pie I ever made...which is not saying too much. Also one of the best pies I ever ate, which is saying a lot. We are going to try making it with different juices now, because, wow, just wow.

I will be trying more of those Internet recipes.
