Nuttin
To say about nuttin. Sorry. Days are short and gloomy. It snows. It melts. Same old birds. Same old same old. The icicles were pretty though... While they lasted......spring is coming...it says here in fine print.
For me these short days are especially difficult when it's so overcast. I'm also aware that we're just at the beginning of winter, and that fine-print spring seems way far off. I applaud you for noticing and appreciating the swarm of starlings and the sparkling icicles!
Yeah. It's that time of year. Blah. But you sure found some pretty things to show about it.
ReplyDeleteI'm in downtown Chicago for a few nights. I'll take your beautiful 'nuttin' any day. Keep that 'fine print' in your heart.

ReplyDeleteJacqueline, sometimes I wonder why we have stayed where winter colors more than half the year. Just home I guess.
ReplyDeleteCathy, oh, no, poor you. I can't imagine. I feel myself ebbing like the tide whenever I even get near a big city. And Chicago! Ouch!
NW, my gratitude for the beauty of nature is growing every year.
Auntie Em! Auntie Em! One more night and it's back home.
ReplyDeleteughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh COME ON SPRING...sigh!
