Here is last night's rising moon, taken by Alan's binocular method. As you can see, younger hands are steadier hands. Looks kind of like a rotten jack 'o lantern.

Thanks, endment, it wasn't what I wanted but it was different anyhow. I should have gotten the tripod out and tried for a steadier hand. We had a lot of moon for a couple of nights there.
