***Or, wouldja believe he was sitting on the net float my mother gave me and the frogs have become so tame this summer that he stayed right there while I ran for the camera?

nice picture...
Such a cute little froggy.
I can't believe he waited for you to get the camera! Great shot.
All your froggy pics are phenomenally fabulous.
Wowza!
Wow that is tame, do you milk your frogs too?
Great photo
Wildlife has been 'interesting' to say the least this year. I certainly believe he waited for you to get the camera. I'm willing to bet he would have eaten a bug from your hand as well! Beautiful photo!
What tame frog! They never wait for me. If I see one and run to the house and get the camra, they're always gone when I come back.
Great shot! What kind of camera do you have?
That is a great shot. I love the detail. Sorry, I haven't visited more often this summer.
JS, thank you! And thanks for visiting and commenting
Dani, thanks, the pond seems boring until the frogs show up...then it is like our own little circus ring
apple, I was hollering to the guys who were going to work just then, "Don't go near the pond, don't go near the pond...." lol thanks!
Steve, thank you
Nita...hm, not yet. lol, thanks
Teri, I wouldn't be surprised if he would. Other years we have had some that would take katydids and grasshoppers from your hand. And thanks
Aussie O, I think the frogs just get used to us. When they first show up at the pond they jump the minute we go near it, but it is right near my clothesline so there is traffic all the time. They tame down in a couple of weeks and pay us no heed. The camera is a Canon Powershot S3 IS. It makes photography easy and more fun than I ever imagined it could be.
regular guy, thank you! Been a busy summer I am sure. Glad to hear from you whenever you do get time to stop by. Take care!
