From the article it sure doesn't sound like it! At least your taxes won't be going up. It's actually great that your county has been able to cut costs while most of the counties around the state are wasting money. They should however give it back in the form of a tax cut. That much money is too tempting for politicians to spend just because it's there.
I wouldn't bank on it, threecollie. They'll find some way to spend it. Maybe DiMezza will get his new office building after all.
