Sunday Stills...Color
This week's Sunday Stills assignment is color. There isn't as much of it around in the winter as we might like here in the Great Northeast, but you can find some....if you look in the right places.
Fred, I herd today that you are not useing the towels and rug we made ya . I wish you would. we will keep you supplied if you wear them out!!!! Wonderfull use of the camera!!! Love Ya Matt
CTG Ponies, thanks so much and glad you stopped by
Deb, thanks, I got lucky with a nice sunny day...brightens things up considerably. Got up in the balmy twenties today. Wonderful!
Cathy M, thanks, there really is and the camera helps to find it
Shirley, thank you, I do too. I wasn't going to use it, but it came out kind of neat.
Ed, I am thank you, and I am glad you started this Sunday Stills thing...it is a lot of fun
The Wife, thanks, it was a nice sunny day when I did it and things were just kind of glowing
Regular Guy, spiced apple jelly. So glad you are playing along. I really enjoyed your photos....and thanks
Flo, thanks so much
J9, thanks, I liked that one too.
Linda, if you lived closer I would give you some. It kinds of sprawls its leggy self all over the place and I have lots
Jeffro, thank you...but I really don't. lol Alan had to show me how to use the super macro setting...which made it easy.
Matt, see that kid isn't always as up to date as he thinks he is. The dark new rug is in one of my rockers and I like it there. I put the heavy chenille one in my Sunday chair to make it warmer today. It was really chilly! The towels I just haven't gotten out yet, but I promise I will use them. Love you!
WR, thanks, I have about a million house plants so I can get my daily fix of lots and lots of green. I love looking at green things and although the snow is austerely gorgeous in its way I sure get sick of white! lol
Steve, Thanks, you know how it all became possible...something I never forget as I have all this fun.
And, yes, it is apple jelly. Liz's boyfriend's folks gave us a pretty gift basket and I have been storing my jars for giving away to visitors in it....coming to NY any time soon???
I promise I will use Matt and Lisa's stuff and when they get a website up to promote the business they are starting I will give them lots of advertising. I just can't bring myself to put those beautiful, hand-woven, rugs on the floor for dogs to tromp on. They are perfectly fine in chairs. And Elvis looks so very fancy curled up on them.

I like the succulent the best, though not as colorful, I loved the texture!
I like the succulent the best too. If I lived closer, I'd bug you for a cutting of it.
More proof that you really know your way around a camera!

On a grey day such as this, the splash of color was very welcome!
Ok 3C, you are quite the skilled expert at the macro shots. Love the colors and textures. (sits in awe)
Isn't that some of the yumptious apple jelly in the jars?
And if your bro is right and you are "saving" his creations, I know a place you can send them right this very second. LOL!!
Stay warm all yall at NVD.
