This kind of thing

Do click on any of these and you can see the actual snow.
It was falling amazingly hard!

Slows you down a little and makes indoors look good. This was a couple of days ago. It was supposed to be nice, but instead snowed so hard you could barely see the top of the heifer pasture hill.

This is a fraction of a huge wheel of gulls that was swirling over the heifer barn last night. It was so cold I couldn't seem to get good pics, but you can get an idea of how it was.

  9. Jeffro, I am glad for you that you do. It has already been quite a winter and it has barely begun

Deb, you folks seem to get even more than we do so I shouldn't complain...we are talking about southern climes here at Northveiw too....anywhere warm. lol

Nita, you folks have sure had your share too this winter...hang in there!

FC, kind of overkill isn't it? All I can say is thank God for houseplants and indoor gardening!

The Wife, thank you, warm thoughts are exactly what is needed!

Steve, I was in fact doing so...and yesterday while searching for a picture I know I have, but never did find, I enjoyed looking at a bunch of 'em. Was it ever really warm? Green? Flowery?

Teri, mostly stopped here. I am sewing like crazy finishing Christmas projects which are due at noon.....

Dani, there are some but I miss the robins and summer ones.
