Sunday Stills...the Color Red

About four years ago Alan and I pollinated some Amaryllises. Then we planted the seeds.
This year they have really come into their own.
This is only a few of them.

Great shot of the maple - I can't get anywhere near to ours so I can really enjoy the detail in your photo

CS, thanks

CTG Ponies, thanks, things are beginning to bloom outside too, what a joy!

Lisa, thanks

Andrea, thank you. I haven't gotten around to see everybody's entries yet, but I will soon. Spring work is commencing and time is fleeting these days! Sorry

Dibear, Up here we have to keep them in pots, but they add a bit of color at least, thanks

Sara, thanks, that must be so hard. I hate the dark in the winter and it has been so nice to live in this big, light house.

Linda, crocus and daffs are just opening now! I am so grateful! Thanks

Endment, thank you! It is so nice to see you! We have been so busy I have missed getting around to blogs I like to read, but I promise I will as soon as I can.

Paints, those were way down in Cobleskill, so you are safe. lol

Patches, thanks

Kelly, thank you! Some years when the box elders, the poor cousins of the maples, bloom here, the air smells like maple syrup perfume! (They should market it!)

Islagringo, lol, it sounds like more than it is...just shake a little pollen off one flower onto the other and bingo, you soon have seeds.

Ed, thanks, your dogwoods are gorgeous!
