Sunday Stills....the Color Orange

I thought this was going to be a real hard one. The only things orange that I like are orange tulips and the Syracuse Orangemen (go 'Cuse!)

However, the yard abounded in orange yesterday and the glory vine was blooming inside. From a dead chain saw :( to our trusty skid steer....

For more Sunday Stills....

Ooo I just love orange tulips, just so beautiful.
About the volcanic eruption, here in Iceland, this is in the southern part of Iceland but I live in the north so everything is ok here. But it’s very hard during the evacuate from the affected areas, farmers had to leave their animals behind but thankfully the farmers got special permission to go home for a little time to day to take care of their animals.
The most danger was flood from the melted glacier but at least for now the eruption is in an area that will not cause flood.
Nevertheless, it is so difficult to leave ones animal behind and I know how I would feel if I had to leave all my horses behind in a situation like this. If something would happen to them, I think I would never get over it.
It is still too early to know the development of the eruption but we are all hoping for the best.
Have a nice Sunday my friend.

Love the collage! I laughed because in my in ability to find much orange I completely forgot about our Bobcat tractor with the orange logo AND or orange lawn mower. Guess I was asleep this week LOL Your photos are great!

RG, thanks on both counts!

Dibear, thanks, I am running out of room on my google account and I had a lot of pics I wanted to use so....

Ed, thanks see above

Aslaug, although orange isn't really one of my favorite colors, orange are my favorite tulips, oddly enough. Not easy to grow them here as something in the soil makes them come out pink or yellow most of the time
I was so sorry to hear of the volcano and evacuations and hope all turns out well for the poor farmers and their animals.

Shirley, thanks twice!

TEG, thanks, it was fun

allhorsestuff, you are right about the challenge, it always ends up being a lot of fun. It was funny about the bug. I hadn't even started working on the challenge, didn't have the camera and was outdoors doing something else. Then, there he was so I went and got the camera and did the whole challenge in about ten minutes. lol

FarSide, a double thank you to you!

Sandy, as I said to all horse stuff, it just fell together....right there in the yard. lol

Amy, thanks, running out of Google room and didn't want to post a lot of pics

msw, I was astonished once I got started by just how much orange there was so early in the year before flower time.

I needed some brightness today. None outside my windows and certainly nothing in the news.

Your collage is amazing for the glow you've captured.

Looking around my environs - I swear - except for a southwestern themed bowl I just brought back from Arizona - that's it.

OK. Maybe the bill on the little Easter chick I just brought out of the china cabinet :0)
