Looks like some good ole boys and gals down on the farm. (Although I'm not to sure about that guy on the right. Looks a little flakey to me.)

About that flower a few days ago....it's MOUNTAIN BLUET!
That's what it is!
It came to me as I sat staring at them last night.

Lisa....I do know them...sometimes I just don't want to admit it. lol
I will do so

Joated, yeah, exactly. He was bragging about wrecking all my pictures, but I fooled em and posted them anyhow. lol

JB, I love the hummers and the more you are around them the tamer they get. The two you know are Liz and Alan and the unknown is Liz's BF, Jade

Nita, they are a pretty good bunch

Linda, thanks, I was so tickled to finally get a picture of the amazing red that Broadway is this year. Somehow the camera just doesn't read the color right, but this time I got her just as the sun was setting and although it is a bit blurry from the poor light at least the color is right

Thanks, FC

LInda, thanks, almost everything is back here...except the wrens, king birds and bobolinks

June, THANK YOU!! I knew it was something simple like that, but I just could not remember it.

SHY little brown birds? really? ours will hover an inch from your nose and give you the what-for for invading their space. feisty little monsters. i'm actually glad they aren't bigger!

Ericka, ours start out the summer very nervous, but by fall they are pretty bold too. This one got used to me after a bit. Do you have a lot of them?

Very colorful! 'Red' is a particularly nice color. Those young'uns do it proud. I like it when applied to 'states' ;-)

Cathy, oh yes, me too. How I wish I lived in a nice red state....ours is red in another way, or a couple of them. Or at least the budget is always in the red.
