Doesn't this look a little bit like a scoop of ice cream? Vanilla, of course, still the most popular flavor...
With a few of these sprinkled on top. What a terrific treat for the holiday weekend!

I can blame all my weight gain on ice cream. :) Love the stuff!
Mmmm! Let's eat!
I just found your comment about millipedes on an old blogpost of mine, so I went to look at the millie you found. I believe it is Sigmoria trimaculata, which is not that uncommon here in NY. The species that millipede expert was interested in has orange spots on its back, not yellow.
I'm so glad to visit your blog again. I thought I'd subscribed long ago, but somehow I lost you. You're once again on my Follow list.
With those gorgeous berries you NEED ice cream!
Why would anyone NOT be thinking of ice cream?
once again , your photos are stunning
Dani, we love the stuff! It is too bad that Liz is leaving Sterwarts albeit for a much better job...we got to hear about all the ice cream sales first. lol
WW, thank you so much for taking time to answer my comment. I had never seen anything like that millipede...after more looking I realized that it wasn't quite right for the rare one, but it was amazing to see it at all. Thanks for your kind words as well. I love visiting your blog where I learn something new every time
Linda, they do seem to go together. lol
FC, exactly!
Anne, thank you so much. I love taking them.
Oh my gosh! This is so cute . . . those great pixes. Yummy!
Cathy, thank you. The cloud was so cool...I just had to find some way to use it for something
