Rooster

Teri gave us this fellow a while back. We let him out of the coop to run around the other day and he is such a sweetie! He is still called New Roo for want of a better name.

He's grand!

Bear had one of our roo's in his mouth a couple of days ago, but he seems none the worse for wear now.

Well, now, doesn't he look regal with his red crown and ermine collar? A handsome dude indeed! I don't think I've ever heard anyone refer to a rooster as a "sweetie" before.

Dani, thanks, he is such a nice guy

Lisa, thank you

FC, thanks, those soft-mouthed labs....just amazing...

Ava, thanks, when I saw him on Craig's list I couldn't resist and then we found out that he belonged to a sweet blog friend...

WW, he really is. He is not a bit aggressive, just friendly and funny'

Ericka, so far he is a real nice guy, comes looking for food, but no aggression. I am hoping the other rooster doesn't do him in or drive him away.

Good luck. I am still hoping I can find a good rooster. Kinda and gentle and sweet...

Linda, once again, I so wish you lived closer. Although I am very fond of New Roo, I would give him to you in a heart beat, because the purple guinea and the other rooster, Mr. Fluff ( misnomer if every there was one...Mr. Nasty PooPoo would be better) make his life a misery. Roo is the nicest rooster I have been around in years.
