Unfortunately Phil has been correct only about 39% of the time between 1988 and 2000. Making him very, very unreliable. 8-(
I'm surprised at the 39%, but I guess we do need some silliness at this time of the year.
I hope he is right! I think I frost bit my face yesterday!

joated, isn't that sad....but I suppose it is what you would expect from a rodent. I have only ever once seen spring start in early March anyhow.
