Got mud?
Yup...snow too, this AM
By a certain individual who has to arise at three to milk someone else's cows. Good that you are making money, but the rest of us don't need to get up at that hour ....just sayin....
I am actually comfortable though. Hot water bottle (two liter soda bottle heated in the microwave) in the back of my chair. Blankets in the chair too...nice and cozy. Oven on for about ten minutes with a pan of hot water inside (scented with cloves and cinnamon of course). Ran the shower for a minute to let out a bit of steam. Amazing how fast you get used to the cold. I worry about my house plants though.
How long until that boiler is fixed?
ReplyDeleteYeah, what's the story on the boiler?
ReplyDeleteAwww. . hang in there . .
ReplyDeleteI haven't had a cold in 2 years.
I hates 'em so bad.
Hope it's just a cold - not the Flu.
Hmmm . . and then I see the article 'the' in front of 'cold' . .
ReplyDeleteWell, perhaps beyond the furnace-induced exterior 'cold' . . .
that thing that had you feeln' so punk - is 'a' cold.
Hope both forms abate real soon :)
I am joining the others....when will the furnace be fixed?

DMM six weeks or more. Erk!
ReplyDeleteJeffro, at least it wasn't condemned, which was a real possibility. But six or more weeks.
Cathy, the kids bring them to me and make good and sure that I get infected. ("mommy hugs" are so comforting when you are sick.) This one was supplied by a lovely but very sick girl friend. Timing sucked. lol
And thanks, the cold and a cold combine to be kind of unkind. But it's warm in the barn
LInda, six weeks or more. As you will see from today's post we are pursuing various options but objects in the mirror seem to recede so quickly....
atleast the girl is a cutie :)
