This is so sweet and funny and I love the light on her breast.
Sorry to hear you're considered the neighborhood grinch ;-D
I am having feelings of remorse...a pair of barn swallows decided they wanted to make a nest on my upstairs window. The cat tore up the screen trying to get to them. I yelled at the birds to find a different home and knocked down their barely started nest.
They took me for my words.
I wish I had them back.
Sigh!

Cathy, it is no wonder they were so upset with me. The babies were hatching right then and are being fed now. lol
Linda, I wish we had barn swallows more often. A kid knocked all the nests down when Ralph was a little boy and they never came back, alas
