Semi-auto Rifle
Had it for years. Since I was a teenager in fact. Used it for everything from killing food to taking out varmints that were after our livestock. And target shooting. A lot of that. It is btw a Mohawk 10C .22.
Not trying to offend anyone by posting this, but there are an awful lot of people who would like to see it and all its ilk outlawed. Next time we have a rabid raccoon come stumbling up the driveway, should we use a stick instead? Frankly I am offended by that concept.

I have it on greater authority, there are crazy folks everywhere. Shoot the racoon, if it isn't sick it could be good eating.
I've been telling folks for years that Alaskans carry because of dangerous predators ... some of which have four legs.
I am at a loss as to how to make people understand the everyday gun owners point. All I know is they are not getting my guns, I am a law abiding citizen and if owning a semi auto .22 is going to make me a criminal, than Id rather be a criminal.
Earl, I usually call a man when faced with such a situation..one of the perks of marriage. I can shoot them though if I need to.
Rev. Paul, we had a two-legged creeper here about three days ago. Came right up the driveway and hung around outside. Just us girls at home so I was a tad uncomfortable.
Tina Marie, seems like people just react without thinking, without reading, without much understanding. I feel as you do. Just a tool, but a tool that is needed in rural life.
I still have the .22 rifle that I grew up with. And as Clint said, "...out of my cold, dead fingers."
