For a former show girl, with lots of miles under her halter, and two trophies for Grand Champion Milking Shorthorn on her shelf, you would expect better of her.....
She just can't seem to find her way out of the barn.
I can hear it now....Proceed two-point-five stanchions, then turn right onto Cattle Grate Avenue, then travel south for seven-point-eight heifer strides and exit barn door.
Recalculating.
Leave manger and turn right and proceed two-point-five stanchions, then turn right onto Cattle Grate Avenue then....
Recalculating.
Leave south aisle. Stop running around like a race horse and kicking up your silly heels. Proceed twenty-seven-point-eight heifer strides and turn right at the door to exit into the barnyard.
Recalculating.....
Yeah, it takes two of us to get her from her stanchion way in the back corner of the north side of the barn, down to the other corner, across the grates and out the door without too many detours. Sometimes we could use three.
I wish they made a Garmin that spoke Cow-ese

LOL!
That is one funny description of a troubled/confused cow and the solution to her problem.
Instead of a Garmin, however, perhaps a little blue feegle sitting atop her head could be entrusted to giver her a whack between the ears every time she makes a wrong turn. She should get the message...sooner or later.
BAHAHAHAH! The girl just doesn't want to go!

Rev. Paul, she drives us crazy! Silly critter
joated, don't know what her problem is.....we could try it your way. lol
Linda, the odd thing is that once she is outside she has no trouble competing for bale space.....she just doesn't want to go down to the door.
Can you just lead her out?
ellie, we might be able to, but maybe not. She is retired from the show ring because of her naughty behavior on the halter. She was so bad at her last show that the judge didn't want her back in the ring for the champion class. He'd seen enough of her. lol
