Sunday Stills....Dangerous Things

For more Sunday Stills
Bama Breeze, plotting revenge

Besides the head and hooves, that appendage on the back end is deadly!
Had my nose broken by one once.

Yep, believe it or not cows are among the most dangerous animals in America.

Bulls too, although at this age Bruce isn't too likely to hurt you

Not everyone understands how dangerous cattle can be! I should have used a mama cow and calf along with the bulls for my Sunday Still!

Great photo of the cow's tail! How well I remember getting swatted with a tail that had been stirring the manure and water in the gutter.

Judy, that is so true. Many of the dairy cows are very gentle, but even the kindest ones can hurt you...sometimes completely by accident.

NW, thanks! I thought about you all day yesterday. Hope you are well.

Ah, yes! The cows tail! or the swinging hoof meant to paw off the milker or kick you away. Or that huge swinging head meant to flick you out of the way...yes! Good one!

I hear ya on this one, the cows next door to my folks place get really irate if I spend too much time photographing them, especially when the calves are around....and how do you get your nose broken by a tail??? :-)
