A lot easier than birthing a calf?
Jan, a lot less intense for the owner anyhow. Although this hen is so spectacularly stupid that the kids have been watching her very closely and grabbing the chicks for the brooder as fast as they are hatched. I have discovered that I love young turkeys. Who knew?
