Those fuzzy puffs are the seed heads of Virgin's Bower, which is a wild native clematis. At this stage, the plant is also called Old Man's Beard.
Nice photo! I love the curling tendrils and how the filaments catch the light.
Yes, it looks like what my mother used to call wild clematis.
