Feather ID

Does anyone recognize these feathers? They were stuck to the big windows in the living room one morning. Thanks

I'm probably wrong, but they look like wild turkey feathers to me.

From Native American study could they be small Eagle Feathers? Look like some I have seen in class.Merri

EVeryone, thank you. They could possibly be from pretty much any large bird. I put them up on Facebook Bird ID group and so far no one has come up with anything for sure. Darn it.

Grouse? Or a Woodcock (Timber Doodle) if you've had a warm spell, one might have decided to set up a drumming pad nearby, only to be shut out by the weather again.

Wil we haven't ruled anything out, and we have had grouse hit the windows a time or two. I put the pic up on the big Facebook ID group and didn't get a single firm response. They are still stuck there, making me wonder, day after day. Thanks
