Lamplighter

Besides starting a Facebook page for her crocheted stuffies, our middle kid can also wire lamps. If you go to the link and like her page you will automatically be entered in a drawing for a stuffed bear or bunny when she hits 100 likes.

For this I am most grateful, as without her technological abilities, the office would be mighty dark. Wish we had bought her the parts earlier!

And then there is the book she bought that I hadn't read in 30 years or so. Spent a most enjoyable evening racing through it faster than the horses that grace its pages.

Thanks, Beck!

Where on earth did Becky find that book. We have been looking for it for you for years! She is indeed a truly remarkable young lady! Love Mom

Those adorable crocheted critters!! I'm not surprised though, at encountering whimsy and skill in any member of your remarkable family :)

She sure is talented! I love her crocheting. I will get her scarf done as soon as I can. I am still trying to finish some shawls that are on the loom.

I looked for that book on Amazon and they only have one used copy selling for $149.00! Hang onto yours! I'm totally inept with needles, love the items Becky is making, can't wait to see the finished sunflower!

Mom, she found it on Amazon, for about a quarter of what it usually sells for. What a treat to read it again after all those years. Love you!

Cathy, it never ceases to amaze me that she taught herself...using YouTube....they are such cool little critters.

Lisa, I will tell her, thanks

Wendy, yeah, it has been selling in that price range for years. I read it when I was young...a library book at the time...and for some reason, it became very expensive. Becky found it for a bout a quarter of the usual price and reading was indeed a treat.

Linda, if you lived closer I am sure she would be glad to fix it for you. It sure is great to have light in the office!
