Wow! When you said wood carver, I was thinking of ducks, and little animals. These carvings are wonderful, must have made growing up with your Dad very interesting and exciting. Art isn't just found in musuems.
Those are gorgeous.
I have a Tutankhamun's mask that is much the same.
Wow! Fantastic works!
From one carver to another, "Beautiful work!"
Karen, Marie, Matthew and FC, thanks on behalf of my dad. I will take pictures of some of the cavings he gave me over the years (in payment for milking his goats while he and mom traveled the world). I love them.
Wow! Those are really, really good. Love the puffins. You have such a talented family.
Holy cow *snicker* Those are really remarkable! What talent!
Mr. Fab, thank you and thanks for stopping by. I am trying to put more pictures of his stuff on my photo blog, The View at Northview, but Blogger is being bad this week
Carina, thanks, my mom paints, I will have to take some pictures of some of her paintings.
Hi Marti, thanks for the visit and compliment for my dad.
