Ahhh - same thing happening here. Everybody's buying scenery - no one who farms can afford to buy ground.
It's beautiful, so sad they are building on it.

Moos, this particular bit is still farm land...there are just a lot of nice places nearby that are being gobbled up. We are surrounded by housing developments and a race track that weren't here when we got married. LOTS of people
Laurie, sorry if I was confusing. This exact parcel is still being farmed...just a lot of houses going up in the general area.
