The barn blackboard

Revisited

***Note the bandage on the right wing...guess where we got that idea.

I took these photos of Alan's and my time wasting efforts yesterday morning and yesterday afternoon some darned cow erased most of them as she walked by...good timing I guess.

Awwww . . poor little burdy.

That's very whimsical and yep, the revisited version is better.

Hi cathy...healing slowly...way too slowly for the girls who have to get up with me and milk every single day, then go to college. Rough on them

That photo is classic. I suppose the cow was making a comment about what she felt regarding the artistic talent. Probably just jealous because there were no cows in the picture.

Hi POP, you could be right. As you can see, when my son and I get going with the chalk there isn't much room for cow stuff (which is what the board is there for). The parrot has had any number of sayings in his little speech balloon over the past couple of weeks (before my son drew all the "man food") and some of them were rather uncomplimentary of cows. lol

I love your artwork.

Thanks Sally, we get bored sometimes...quite often in fact...while standing there waiting for the cows to milk. So one draws something, someone else draws more...and these strange things emerge over days or weeks

Thanks laurie!

Hi mon@rch, thanks, it is kind of a tradition to draw strange pictures (and make rude editorial comments) on our barn blackboard. A friend in California likes to see them, so I put them on here so he can
