To shoot pictures of the moon? (The rest of them were taken through the windows...I am only half way crazy).
Happy, happy morning...no school, no milk truck, Liz has the day off so I can let everyone else sleep in an extra hour while I play.

Now. Could you explain why the milk truck doesn't come? Don't the cows have to be milked every day? Do they have to cross their legs?

Steve, thanks! It was another one of those lovely mornings with the moon setting on one side of the house, while the sun rose on the other. Irresistible...
cathy, how did you know I was howling? lol (Well, my feet were pretty cold)...and thanks!
The cows do have to be milked at least twice every single day except for during their dry period, six weeks of complete rest (at least) before each calf is born.
However, on most farms, unless they make a staggering amount of milk, the truck comes every other day. We all have big refrigerated bulk tanks to store the milk in between. the milk is also automatically stirred every fifteen minutes all the time to keep the cream from rising out of it.
